Where does the data live?
Your own Supabase project, AWS Mumbai, per-customer isolation. We don't co-tenant. DPA signed at contract.
What if our floor plan changes?
Self-serve zone editor in the dashboard. Re-calibrate in minutes, not weeks.
Do we need to rip out our existing WMS / HRIS?
No. We push attendance to your HRIS and presence to your WMS via webhook + REST. We're not the system of record.
What if a reader dies?
Spares included in Year-1 SLA. Replace + auto-pair: 10 minutes.
Can we extend to outdoor / GPS?
Yes — plugs into our SecureMe GPS line (sister product). Same dashboard.
